After finally defeating The Boss in Metal Gear Solid 3 Snake-eater, Konami releases a Metal Gear Solid 3 Subsistence video game! I traded my MGS3 for the new one only to find out once more I was a step behind. For a short time, they offered a Limited Edition version MGS3 Subsistence for Playstation 2 and it is impossible to find! One thing is for certain, when MGS 4 comes out, I am going to wait just in case! Lol what does this have to do with toys?
Well, check out this 12 inch Snake from Medicom. Snake comes with the following.
2 right gloves and 3 left gloves. Jungle boots, square camouflage suits with belt, pouch, gun holder. Stabo harness, custom gun, and figure stand. Limited edition to Wonder Festival Winter 2005. Limited to 500 pieces, 150 for Winter Wonder Festival. Let us know if you are interested in grabbing this while he is still available. He is being sold for $150.00 at this time, but it is anticipated to increase as the Holidays draw near. Metal Gear Solid is no stranger to the collectible toys arena. Snake has been produced in limited edition carded Kubricks for some time now along with other characters from video games. Thanks to RockStar, Kubrick collectors raced to grab the Grand Theft Auto III boxed set and no sooner than we yelled "more, more", Medicom and Rockstar pop out Grand Theft Auto Vice City Kubricks. We predict that a San Andreas boxed set is not too far behind and would look sweeeet on our PS2 console (even sweeter on a PS3!).
The melding between video game icons and collectible toys is a match like no other. What better way to keep your game on with a Snake, Tommy Verceti and hopefully CJ near by! Thanks to Medicom and similar manufacturers, games live on even after you turn the console off!
