When we talk about mold lines, we are referring to the raised outlines from 2 molds being pushed together. We look for figures that have smooth lines. It is hard to create these collectibles without some lines, but as you can see with the light-saber picture comparisons, StarBricks are more frequently pronounced. Also note the pock marks on the saber's handles in the StarBricks. If you are not sure which is which, the StarBrick light sabers look like Lite-Brite colored peg replacements. The headpiece differences are remarkable and highly distinguishable
